When buying from Paula Mendoza, through the site or other enabled commercial channels, such as e-mail, WhatsApp or any other instant messaging platforms or social media, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Orders can be placed online at finebypaulamendoza.com any time.
- An email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.
- Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock unless otherwise specified, in writing, by the customer.
- Paula Mendoza reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Paula Mendoza.
- Fine Jewelry orders ship within 2 business days if the item is in stock.
- Out of stock items may take 20 labor days to ship.
- An email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

- We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice, including after order placement and confirmation.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- No refunds. All sales are final.
